The Jaw crusher is used as Primary and Secondary crushers for crushing all kinds of minerals and rocks with compressive strength less than 320 Mpa.

Working Principle

The engine starts running, turning the belt and pulley, and moving the jaw up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the Angle between the bracket and the movable jaw increases so as to push the movable jaw towards the fixed jaw, and at the same time the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing. When the movable jaw descends, the Angle between the bracket and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of pull rod and spring. At this time, the material that has reached the crushing granularity requirement of the user will pass through the discharge port and be sent to the finished product warehouse along with the belt conveyor. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the moving jaw moves periodically, and the material is crushed by the components to realize mass production.
